Return & Cancellation Policy – Pro Rings and Cages

At Pro Rings and Cages, we manufacture premium, made-to-order combat sports equipment—built in the USA for professionals who demand the best. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict no refund and no cancellation policy on all orders placed.


No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

All orders placed are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of whether production has started. This applies to all Pro Rings and Cages products, including but not limited to:

  • Boxing Rings

  • Wrestling Rings

  • MMA Cages

  • Cage Panels

  • Punching Bag Racks & Stands

  • All custom or standard items

Once an order is submitted, it is logged into our production system, materials are allocated, and the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.


Custom Orders & Proof Approval

For custom-made equipment, including any items with logos, branding, non-standard sizing, or special color requests:

  • Digital proofs are provided for customer approval before production begins

  • Once final approval (“green light”) is received from the customer, the order is moved into production

  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed after approval is given

We take this step to ensure accuracy, protect our workflow, and maintain the integrity of your custom order.


Returnable Items (In-Stock, Ground Ship Only)

Only select non-custom, in-stock items shipped via ground shipping may be eligible for return. These include:

  • Ring canvas mats

  • Ring ropes

  • Turnbuckle and corner pads

  • Select boxing, wrestling, or MMA cage accessories

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@proringsandcages.com to request return approval

  2. Customer is responsible for return shipping

  3. Product must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale

  4. Item will be inspected prior to refund authorization

If approved, your refund will reflect the original purchase amount minus:

  • Shipping costs (even on items marked “free shipping”)

  • Credit/debit card processing fees

  • Applicable restocking fees


Manufacturer’s Defects

If you suspect a manufacturer’s defect, do not use the item.

To initiate a defect claim:

  • Email photos and a description of the issue to info@proringsandcages.com

  • Include your order number and contact info

  • Our team will review and provide resolution steps

Defective claims are extremely rare due to thorough quality checks, but will be addressed promptly if verified.
